Young Sauvignon
YOUNG SAUVIGNON. In each new vintage this wine is always the first, which is being bottled. I harvest my Sauvignon Blanc grapes twice each season. From the first tranche, that I harvest at around 17° KMW, this young wine is pressed. I bottle it very shortly after it finished fermenting. You will find it a very aromatical and fruity wine – not only in scent but also in taste.
